Props Thursday, September 6 Free NFL Season Win Totals Over/Under (8/16) My favorite season over/under is shorting the KC Chiefs at 7.5 wins. I am going UNDER 7.5 wins (-135) for 5 Stars. The loss of major chucks of the offensive line over the past two season, coupled with questionable QB play going into the season, and the heavy workloads LJ has had the past 2 years, cause me to want to fade KC. This could be a train wreck of a season. My other favorites include: Short Baltimore at 9.5 wins. I like the UNDER on 9.5, and Superbook carries an option to short at 9 wins for (+135). For the record, I'll put 3 Stars on BAL UNDER 9.5 for -110. Short Indianapolis on Superbook at 9.5 wins for +115. The Colts were very fortunate last season in close games, and the loss of several defensive players and offensive linemen over the past few seasons will begin to catch up with them. I actually like JACK to win the AFC South if you can find them for about 3-1. Put 2 Stars on IND UNDER 9.5 wins. Take Philly OVER 9.5 wins for 2 Stars. I also take .5 Stars on Philly to win the NFC at 10-1, and the SB at 22-1. Take New Orleans UNDER 9.5 wins in a Strong Opinion for 1 Star.
Baseball While I still like Arizona to win the NL West, the value is no longer present. However, check Superbook for Oakland to win the AL at 350-1, and to win the WS at 750-1. Those are some serious odds for a team that just won 4 in a row, and are only one game behind Minnesota, which is priced at 25-1. Some serious value. (8/16) I'm looking to go long the Arizona Diamondbacks to win the NL West, NLCS, and World Series over the next few weeks. (7/14)
Cycling (7/14) SpreadsGuru gave out another recent winner by recommending shorting
Andreas Kloden in the Tour de France through the Tradesports
site. Kloden’s
team was thrown out of the race when it was discovered that Alexander Vinokourov had received a blood transfusion. It didn’t really matter at that point, even
with the leader Rasmussen being thrown out, as Kloden
had fallen too far behind to mount a challenge to the overall lead. Watch over the next two weeks for NFL and NCAA total win predictions and more opportunities to profit.
